JKSM condemns arrest of party activists, youth

Srinagar, April 19, 2019 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement (JKSM) has condemned the arrest of party activists and other youth and described it frustration of the authorities.

A JKSM spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said more than two dozen party activists and over a hundred youth have been arrested and lodged in Chadoora police station only. Similarly, he said many party activists and youth have been detained in police stations of Charar-e-Sharif, Beerwa, Khan Sahib, Magma, Budgam, Humhama and Narbal which is undemocratic and condemnable.

The spokesman demanded immediate and unconditional release of all illegally detained Hurriyat leaders and activists languishing in different jails of India and the territory.
