A 38-year-old man, critically injured by a gunshot to the stomach on Shahrah-e-Faisal on Tuesday, has been immediately shifted to the hospital.
Authorities have identified the injured person as approximately 38-year-old Junaid Nasir, son of Nasir Arzoo.
According to a report from the Shahrah-e-Faisal police station, Nasir was found near the Lal Flats area, after which he was moved for medical assistance.
He was later admitted to Jinnah Hospital for immediate treatment of his wound.
Police officials have confirmed that a formal investigation has been launched to determine the circumstances of this shooting incident.
