NASEERABAD: Unidentified armed men shot dead one person near Chattar road area of Naseerabad on Wednesday.
According to police, the incident occurred at Chattar road area within the jurisdiction of Police Station, Dera Murad Jamali where unidentified armed men shot dead one person namely Pir Muhammad and managed to escape after committing the crime.
The body was shifted to Civil Hospital Dera Murad Jamali and later handed over to heirs after fulfilling necessary medico-legal formalities. The police registered the case and started searching the assailants; however, motive behind the murder could not be ascertained till filing report.
