Lahore, September 06, 2020 (PPI-OT): Punjab Health Minister Dr. Yasmin Rashid said here on Sunday that Defence Day reminds us of our resolve to face enemy with bravery and valour to save the country and the nation. In her message on Defence Day, the Minister said that on 6th September 1965, our armed forces wrote an epic of bravery and courage. She said only the nations who can maintain a strong defence can survive in history. The Minister said, “Under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan, the political government and Armed forces are on one page.
In 1965, our armed forces and our people jointly thwarted the nefarious designs of the enemy. India never accepted Pakistan as sovereign country. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi must remember 6th September before committing atrocities on Kashmir. Pakistan defeated India despite being five times less resourceful. Pakistan armed forces are renowned world over for their professionalism. Pakistan has the capacity to face anyone daring to harm us.”
