Inspector General of Punjab Police Dr. Usman Anwar, under a significant welfare initiative, has today approved the release of Rs 6 crore 87 lakh 10 thousand for the medical care of the special children of police personnel for the current year 2025.
This substantial financial aid is allocated for the young dependent children of the police force who are grappling with severe medical issues. The purpose of this aid is to cover the treatment expenses of children suffering from thalassemia, mental disabilities, cancer, and other serious diseases.
