A mother and daughter were murdered by stabbing in a house in Karachi’s Gizri on Saturday morning. Police officials have confirmed that a domestic dispute in the Gizri area tragically turned into a double murder, in which a mother and her daughter were stabbed to death.
According to police officials, the tragic incident occurred due to a dispute between a husband and wife inside the residence.
The husband allegedly attacked his wife with a knife during the argument, killing her on the spot and severely injuring his daughter who was present.
Officials stated that the daughter was being transferred to a nearby hospital for immediate medical attention when she succumbed to her severe injuries.
Police say that law enforcement agencies have launched a comprehensive search for the suspect involved in the fatal attacks, while an investigation into the matter is also ongoing.
