Islamabad, February 21, 2023 (PPI-OT):20th meeting of the Standing Committee on Parliamentary Affairs was held under the Chairmanship of Mr. Muhammad Abu Baker, MNA at 2:00 pm in Committee Room No.07(4th floor), Parliament House, Islamabad. The Committee appreciated the performance of Prime Minister’s Grievances Wing and directed that M/o Parliamentary Affairs may ensure the resolution of all pending/in process complaints in favour of complainants.
The Committee also appreciated the establishment of Online Recruitment Management System/ Online Complaint Management System and Integrated Office Record Management System (IORMS) and recommended that Election Commission of Pakistan may take stringent measures for smooth functioning of the said System.
The Committee recommended that Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) should take stringent measures to introduce appraisal system of voters list as it had been observed that the names of voters are missing in the ECP record or other omission in the list of ECP.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Muhammad Abu Baker, Ch.
