Larkana:Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) staged a big Pakistan Zindabad rally here in Larkana on Thursday to promote solidarity of Pakistan. A large number of citizens and party workers attended the rally, which marched from the Insaf House to the Jinnah Ground.
PTI Central leader and the leader of parliamentary party in Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh, MPA Aslam Abro, Saifullah Abro, Sameeullah Abro, Ali Mirjat, Syed Tahir Shah, Muhammad Ali Hakro, Ali Khan Tunio and others led the rally. Workers of PTI Ladies Wing also participated the rally in a large number.
During the march of the rally from the Insaf House to the Jinnah Ground, the citizens welcomed it in different localities and raised slogans of Pakistan Zindabad.
Addressing the rally, Haleem Adil said Larkana has witnessed a record corruption in Sindh. He said Bilawal is MNA from Larkana but the citizens of Larkana do not get even clean drinking water. He said had Shaheed Rani Benazir Bhutto alive, today Larkana would not be in such a shambles.
He said some anti-country elements are misleading the people of Sindh. He said these elements had raised slogans even in favor of traitor Altaf Hussain, who is the killer of both Sindhis and Muhajirs. He said even G M Syed had abhorred the traitors like Altaf. Haleem Adil said the PPP has devastated Sindh. It has deprived the people of Sindh even from the basic facilities of life. He said the PPP has become the party of Zardaris.
Haleem Adil said after introduction of Police Order 2019, Sindh police has made a home servant of the PPP rulers. He said had Benazir Bhutto alive today, hooligans of PPP would not have dared to attack police officer Asghar Mugheri. He said the rule of law has already ended in Sindh and the hooligans of the PPP are running and controlling police stations. He said the friends of Modi are spreading ethnic hatred in Sindh. He said the people of Sindh have rejected these elements and they are fully supporting the brave armed forces.
He said Imran Khan has never left Sindh alone. He said during the coronavirus epidemic, the people of Sindh were given Rs60 billion. He said the people of Larkana were given Rs2.5 billion. He said we have staged this rally to secure basic rights for people of Sindh and to strengthen Pakistan.
He said some people had misconception that Larkana is the town of Bhutto. He said Larkana was the town of Bhuttos but Zardaris devastated it. They gave the people of Larkana the gift of AIDS. Medicines for government hospitals of Larkana were stolen and sold in market. He said today thousands of patriotic Pakistanis have attended this rally and they all chant one slogan: Long live Pakistan; Long live Imran Khan.
He said the PPP wants to spread hatreds by playing Sindh card. He said in fact the PPP has already ended in Sindh. He said this party is working on a hidden agenda and financing rallies of anti-Pakistan elements. He said 6 Crore people of Sindh are patriotic Pakistanis as Sindh is the province that had passed the resolution for Pakistan.
He said let Bilawal start a drive for the rights of the people of Sindh. He said the process of accountability is in full swing and all thieves are being caught and they are raising hue and cry. He said Asif Zardari would be surely punished for his corruption. He said today the people of Larkana have raised the banner of revolt against the PPP.
