National Security Workshop Reviews Pakistan’s High-Tech Disaster Management Framework

Officials from the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) today detailed the country”s proactive, technology-driven strategy for managing national emergencies to a delegation from the 27th National Security Workshop, emphasizing anticipatory planning for events such as Monsoon 2025.

During the visit to the National Emergencies Operation Center (NEOC) at the NDMA Headquarters, the authority’s representatives outlined its core mandate, organizational setup, and the comprehensive national framework designed for disaster risk mitigation, preparedness, and response operations.
