Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Haroon Akhtar Khan has announced that the National Vaccine Policy, aimed at promoting local vaccine manufacturing, has been fully prepared and is now ready for final approval.
The policy’s preparation was confirmed after a high-level meeting convened on Wednesday to deliberate on a strategy for local vaccine production.
The significant meeting was chaired by Mr. Khan.
Federal Health Minister Mustafa Kamal also co-chaired this important policy session, which highlights the government’s joint focus on this public health initiative.
