As compared to other provinces, regions of Balochistan are much behind in education and health, therefore, the citizens of Balochistan prioritized SDG 4 (quality education), SDG 3 (good health and wellbeing) and SDG1 (no poverty) at the top priority and demanded of the government to invest more on education, better health and poverty alleviation.

Ziaur Rehman-National Convener, Pakistan Development Alliance/ Chief Executive AwazCDS-Pakistan has reinforced for accelerating the process of SDGs Provincial priority framework and aligning governments priority framework with the Citizens Priority Framework to improve the status of the masses.

Earlier, the government of Balochistan had promised to prepare and implement SDGs priority framework, however, even after the passage of five years since the adoption of SDGs, no priority framework has yet been prioritized. The consultation was coordinated by Water Environment and Sanitation Society (WESS).
