In a concerted effort to ensure the complete success of the upcoming April polio campaign, the Qambar Shahdadkot Health Department held a crucial training session today to finalize an organized and effective strategy for vaccine distribution.
Under the guidance of District Health Officer Dr. Gulzar Ahmed Tunio, the briefing, held at the District Health Center office, was attended by area in-charges, union council representatives, and medical officers. The primary objective of this session was to equip all participating teams with the necessary instructions to be fully prepared for the National Immunization Days campaign.
During the meeting, Dr. Gulzar Ahmed Tunio, along with District Training Focal Person Dr. Altaf Hussain Brohi and Dr. Farid Lark, briefed the participants on the critical phases of the campaign.
Emphasis was placed on key foundational components for the campaign’s success, including meticulous micro-planning, rigorous field supervision, and accurate data management.
The officials stressed that these elements are fundamental to implementing an effective and sustainable polio eradication strategy, aimed at ensuring vaccine delivery to every eligible child in the district.
