Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar today engaged in thorough discussions with China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Beijing.

Both leaders focused on the evolving dynamics in South Asia, the progression of the Pakistan-China friendship, and the next phase of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC 2.0).

During the meeting, both officials acknowledged the enduring strategic cooperative partnership and the robust friendship between Pakistan and China. They noted the alignment of views on issues of mutual concern and pledged to sustain collaborative efforts for peace, development, and stability in the region.
