The exhibition “ECHOES: A Solo Show,” featuring the artwork of renowned artist Shazia Nadeem, was inaugurated by the President of the Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi, Mohammad Ahmed Shah, at the Art Lane Gallery, Port Grand, Karachi. Chairman Port Grand Shahid Feroz and M. Fareed Alam were also present on the occasion.
Lahore-based artist Shazia Nadeem has chosen vibrant colors for the exhibition. Her artworks depict feminine beauty and natural landscapes on canvas. The exhibition will continue until May 7 from 4 PM to 12 AM.
While expressing his views at the exhibition, President Arts Council Mohammad Ahmed Shah said that Shazia Nadeem’s work reflects her unique perspective. This is Shazia’s first solo show in Karachi, and her artworks evoke family memories in a distinct way.
Chairman Port Grand Shahid Feroz praised Shazia’s paintings, expressing hope that she will continue to present good art in the future. Shazia Nadeem shared her thoughts, saying she has translated her memories and time into her artworks through colors, depicting the sparkling stars of a dark night in her art.
