Protesters demand additional DRA allowance for Noshki employees

NOSHKI:A protest demonstration under the aegis of Muttahida Labour Federation, Noshki was held on Thursday outside Municipal Committee, Noshki, demanding grant of additional DRA allowance for the employees of Municipal Committee, Noshki, regularize the services of daily wages employees and fix twenty thousand rupees per month for the daily-wage-employees of Municipal Committee, Noshki.

Addressing the protest demonstration, speakers said that the employees of Municipal Committees and Municipal Corporations of Balochistan were not being paid additional DRA allowance whilst the employees of other Departments were drawing the said allowance. They said that daily wage employees of MC, Noshki were receiving only seven thousand rupees per month. They called on authorities to grant additional DRA allowance, regularize the services of daily wage employees and fix Rs. 20000 per month for daily wage employees of Municipal Committee, Noshki.

Protest demonstration was addressed by Zulfiqar Baloch, President, Anjuman-e-Tajiran, Noshki, Hafiz Abdullah Goegech, Molvi Muhammad Qasim Mengal, Mufti Fida-ur-Rehman Reki, Jamil Ahmed Siddique, Sanaullah Badini, Ali Dost Langove, Suresh Kumar, Ramzan Rakhsani and Tariq Shaheen.
