Law enforcement officials in Karachi today raided a gutka mawa manufacturing factory operating under the guise of a residential property in Scheme 33, resulting in the arrest of an individual suspected of involvement. During the swift operation, police personnel confiscated a large quantity of prepared gutka mawa, along with raw betel nuts and various other components necessary for its production. This raid effectively dismantled a major source of the prohibited substance in the city.
The suspected accused, identified as Alauddin, was taken into custody on the spot. Authorities have registered a formal case against him,
