Islamabad, September 28, 2020 (PPI-OT): Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has expressed the commitment that the encroachments on the railways land will be removed at every cost. Talking to newsmen at the Railways office in Karachi today (Monday), Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed said that revolutionary steps are being taken for Pakistan Railways.
He said that passenger and freight trains are being privatized for better services, whereas new signal system is also being introduced in Pakistan Railways. He said 10.5 billion rupees have been allocated for Karachi Circular Railways and the provincial government of Sindh is providing full cooperation for the project.
