Residents rally against problems in Larkana

LARKANA: A large public rally was taken out by the residents of PS-12 Town Committee Dari and Sujjag Naujawan Ittihad for the recognition of their demands, which culminated at Jinnah Bagh here on Friday after marching through different roads of the city.

On this occasion, the leaders Advocate Rashid Ali Sheikh, Waseem Khokhar, Faraz Chandio, Zubair Tunyo, Abbas Samtio and others addressed the rally and said that under the philosophy of the country's former Prime Minister Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, the middle class people would be given party tickets who wanted to go to the Houses of Representatives so that their voice and problems could be resolved on priority basis.

They said that it is necessary to interpret the problems of the people in a good way, while according to the vision of martyr Benazir Bhutto, party tickets of MPAs and MNAs would be given to the candidates on the past performance of their tenure after accountability. They said that PS 12 MPA Sohail Anwar Syal should be taken into consideration for his misbehavior and not doing any work with the people and voters of his constituency.

They further said that the employees and pensioners should be given top relief who are suffering due to severe inflation and massive price hike and their salaries and pensions be increased by 100 percent and strict action should also be taken against the so-called hypocrites, profiteers and hoarders so that the people can avoid suffering more problems due to their sheer negligence, while the Sindh government should prepare a master plan and provide financial assistance to the rain and flood victims as the earliest. They further demanded that the closed airport of Larkana and the important closed railway lines should be restored in Sindh without further loss of time.
