In a bid to mitigate the effects of inflation, the Sindh government has launched Bachat Bazaars across the province during Ramazan.
According to a statement by Sindh Information Department today, Memon announced that this initiative aims to provide essential goods at affordable prices, targeting relief for middle and low-income families.
According to the press release, this move is a core part of Sindh’s people-friendly policy, focusing on easing the financial burden on citizens. The Bachat Bazaars are designed to offer daily necessities at reduced rates, addressing the economic challenges faced by the common man.
Minister Memon emphasized the government’s commitment to transparency and effective oversight. Government officers are positioned at each market to ensure fair pricing and prevent profiteering and mismanagement. He cautioned that any violations of market rules would face strict actions and encouraged the public to report any grievances to the designated officers.
