Sindh Police Chief Discusses Security and Community Initiatives with Governor in Karachi


Karachi, Inspector General of Sindh Police Ghulam Nabi Memon met with Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tesuri at the Governor House to discuss security measures and community service initiatives. The meeting focused on addressing the rise in street crimes and enhancing security for the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha festivities.



According to Sindh Governor House, the discussions underscored the government’s commitment to the safety and security of Karachi’s residents. Governor Tesuri emphasized that the protection of life and property remains a top priority. Following the meeting, IG Memon and Governor Tesuri visited several projects including an IT marquee and a ration drive aimed at supporting underprivileged communities.



IG Memon praised the efforts, particularly highlighting the IT courses and the ‘hope bell’ initiative, which he believes are setting the stage for a promising future. He also remarked positively on the facilities provided to students at the IT marquee, describing them as impressive.
