In the open market, the buying rate of the US dollar was recorded at 278.82 rupees, while the selling price remained at 279.36 rupees. This is a slight change from the previous day’s buying rate of 278.80 rupees and selling rate of 279.40 rupees.
Meanwhile, an increase was observed in the euro, with the buying price rising to 319.33 rupees and the selling price remaining at 322.34 rupees. The buying rate of the British pound was 374.31 rupees, while the selling rate remained at 377.60 rupees.
The Japanese yen remained stable, showing no change from the previous values, maintaining the buying rate at 1.71 rupees and the selling rate at 1.78 rupees.
The buying price of the UAE dirham remained at 76.07 rupees and the selling price at 76.66 rupees. Similarly, the buying rate of the Saudi riyal remained at 74.46 rupees, while the selling rate remained at 74.96 rupees.
In the interbank market, the US dollar was bought at 278.06 rupees and sold at 278.26 rupees, showing slight fluctuations compared to the previous day.
These slight changes in currency values highlight the dynamics of the foreign exchange market, reflecting both local and global financial trends.
