Karachi:Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has started laying off lower staff, with ten helpers and office boys given notices, in the first phase apparently due to financial constraints amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
It has been reported that PCB may also lay off senior employees as well in coming days to alleviate its financial burden. However, PCB chief had already announced that players will not be subject to pay-cuts.
