A suspected robber has been injured in an encounter with the police near the Budh Bazaar slope in the SITE Metroville area.
The injured person was immediately shifted to the Civil Hospital Trauma Center for medical treatment on Wednesday. An Edhi ambulance was used for the transfer.
Authorities have formally identified the injured person as 25-year-old Shahzeb, son of Khalid.
The case falls within the jurisdiction of the SITE-A police station.
