Karachi, February 27, 2023 (PPI-OT):Syed Salahuddin, Managing Director of Karachi Water Supply and Drainage Authority, met Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tesori at Governor House. In the meeting, the situation of water supply and drainage in the city, replacement of rotten lines, the need to control line losses, progress on the K4 project and other matters of mutual interest were discussed.
Sindh Governor said that Water Supply and Drainage Agency is an important institution for the citizens of Karachi. He said that measures should be taken on a priority basis to control water shortage in different areas of the city. Kamran Khan Tesori said that K4 is an important project for the city, it is necessary to complete it as soon as possible, adding that steps should be taken to improve the drainage situation.
