Pano Aqil:Three friends were killed and one other injured in a trailer and bike collision on the National Highway in Pano Aqil in the wee hours of Thursday.
Four friends were going to take tea at a local hotel in Pano Aqil when a fast-moving trailer hit their bike on the National Highway near VIP Gate, killing three of them on the spot and injuring one other.
Those killed include Mubashir Malik, Sameeullah Dasti and Yousuf Dasti. The injured was identified as Mujeebur Rehman Dasti. The victims were the residents of Rehmat Gali area of the city.
The bodies and injured were shifted to Taluka Hospital Pano Aqil for medico-legal formalities and treatment, respectively. The injured was referred to a Sukkur hospital after the first aid. The police have arrested the driver and impounded the trailer. A large number of people rushed to the hospital to see the victims. The incident created a mourning atmosphere in the Rehmat Gali area of the city.
