Three Police Encounters Lead to Six Arrests Across Karachi

Multiple police operations across Karachi on Tuesday resulted in the apprehension of six individuals suspected of robbery. The confrontations, which involved exchanges of gunfire in several districts, led to injuries among some of the alleged culprits.

In District East, Shaheen Force officers engaged alleged robbers near Shaheed-e-Millat Road. The incident escalated into a shootout, culminating in the arrest of four suspects.

Among those apprehended, Naseem, Rehmat, and Wasaya sustained injuries, while Mashooq was taken into custody unharmed. Authorities recovered four pistols, mobile phones, cash, and two motorcycles from their possession.

Separately, in the Central District, an injured alleged dacoit identified as Mazhar was taken into custody following a police encounter. His accomplice managed to evade arrest.

Another incident saw an injured suspect arrested after an exchange of fire at Sir Syed Chowk. His co-conspirator also escaped. Law enforcement personnel seized a pistol and a motorcycle from the scene of this engagement.

In an unrelated development, a 28-year-old man named Saleem was shot and wounded by an individual identified as Hasnain on the Super Highway in Solangi Goth.
