Panic spread across the area after three women were discovered dead inside a flat in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 1 today,

while a man was found in a semi-conscious state. Police have initially suggested that the incident appears to be caused by a gas leakage.

According to police officials, three women were recovered dead from the flat, while a man in critical condition was immediately shifted to the hospital,

where he is receiving medical treatment. Preliminary observations from the scene indicate that the tragedy may have resulted from a gas leak.

The Crime Scene Unit reached the location, sealed the flat, and began collecting evidence.

A forensic team is also examining technical aspects to determine the exact cause of the incident.

Police have sent the bodies of the women for post-mortem examination, and the condition of the injured man will be known after medical assessment. Authorities say that a definitive conclusion can only be drawn after the post-mortem and forensic reports are completed.
