Today, two bodies have been discovered from Quaidabad Bridge and Gul Ahmed Chowrangi in Karachi. The body of an unknown person, approximately 65 years old and a drug addict, was found dead under the Quaidabad Bridge. Meanwhile, near Gul Ahmed Chowrangi, the remains of a newborn baby were found at a garbage site near Gulzar Mosque.
The body of the deceased person has been transferred to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for further examination. The investigation is being led by Shah Latif Police.
In another equally distressing incident, the body of the newborn baby has been transferred to Edhi Home, a well-known charitable organization handling such sensitive matters. Quaidabad Police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the tragic death of the child.
