LARKANA: Two boys drowned in Rice Canal here near Lohi Bridge on Thursday.
The victims were identified as Zaheer, 10, son of Nawab Leghari, a resident of Bhains Colony and his cousin Gulshan, 12, son of Roshal Leghari, drowned near Lohi Bridge near Larkana.
They were rushed to the Emergency Department of the Chandka Medical College Hospital in precarious condition where duty doctors pronounced them dead. Their bodies were handed over to their heirs after fulfillment of legal formalities. A mourning atmosphere prevailed among the victim families.
