SHIKARPUR: Two youngsters were gunned down by their enemies near Hayat Wah area within the precincts of Dakhan police station near Dakhan on Thursday.
According to rescue sources, two youngsters, Allah Wadhayo Chandio and Irfan Ahmed Chandio, were on their way on motorcycle from their village Jawabpur to Ratodero to appear in the court when they reached Hayat Wah near Dakhan, unidentified armed men opened fire on them. As a result, both died on the spot. The armed men fled after swift operation.
The deceased were shifted to area hospital for medico-legal formalities. The cause behind the murders was said to be an old dispute between two rival groups of Chandio community over a family matter. No FIR could be registered till filing this news.
