US Firm Eyes Major Investment in Pakistan’s Antimony and Rare Earth Sector

A delegation from the US-based company Nova Minerals Ltd has shown significant interest in exploring investment avenues within Pakistan’s mineral and mining industry, with a specific focus on antimony and valuable rare earth elements.

According to an official information today, the interest was conveyed during a meeting in the capital with Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh, the Minister for Board of Investment. In the discussion, Sheikh highlighted the country”s extensive and largely unexploited potential within the minerals and mining sector.

The minister emphasized that the nation presents promising prospects for investment across numerous domains, especially in the exploration and processing of high-value minerals.

He gave assurances that the Board of Investment is prepared to offer comprehensive support and facilitation to international investors and potential joint ventures. This initiative aligns with the administration”s reiterated commitment to bolstering and promoting value-added exports from the country.
