Jammu, September 20, 2022 (PPI-OT):The illegally detained Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik, has reiterated his demand for physical appearance in a false case registered against him over three decades ago.
Muhammad Yasin Malik reiterated the demand during the virtual hearing of the case in a TADA court in Jammu, today. The case pertains to killing of four personnel of Indian Air Force in 1990. The JKLF chief once again demanded physical appearance to cross-examine the witnesses. The court fixed next date of hearing on 19th October.
