In collaboration with the Punjab Council of the Arts Rawalpindi and Afzal Art Gallery, an exhibition featuring calligraphy and painting by young artists was hosted at the Art Gallery of Punjab Arts Council Rawalpindi, displaying 80 artworks. The event was inaugurated by Dr. Mehdi Taheri, Director General Khana Farhang Iran, alongside key figures including former Director Punjab Arts Council, Waqar Ahmed, and Director Public Relations Rawalpindi, Iftikhar Hussain Shah. The exhibition highlighted the dedication and cultural passion of young artists.

Dr. Mehdi Taheri emphasized the importance of supporting these young talents, noting their devotion to cultural representation through art. He encouraged fostering their skills further. Waqar Ahmed highlighted the abundance of talent in the country, stressing the need for development and opportunities, a mission the Arts Council has pursued from the start. Iftikhar Hussain Shah underscored the Punjab government’s focus on nurturing young talent, applauding the artists for their expressive works. Sajjad Hussain, Director of the Arts Council, reiterated the commitment to providing equal opportunities to all artists to promote art and inspire youth. Mian Afzal congratulated the participants for the exhibition’s success.
