ISLAMABAD: AJK President Sardar Masood Khan has strongly condemned unprovoked fire by Indian forces on the civilian helicopter carrying Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan and his cabinet members, near Line of Control in Haveli district.
In a statement, he said such acts by Indian forces cannot intimidate our leadership and civilians in their struggle towards ascertaining the right to self determination of Kashmiri people.
He said the act displayed India’s insecurities and has exposed their aggressive posturing and warmongering.
He said such manoeuvers by the Indian government and forces are aimed at diverting attention from the real issue of Kashmir.
