Karachi:While conducting an anti-power theft drive in various areas of Hijrat Colony and Sultanabad, numerous tampered meters and illegal kundas were removed.
During inspection it was revealed that a number of meters in Hijrat colony had been tampered with.
Over a hundred meters wires were removed by the power utility.
During the drive in Sultanabad over 150 illegal kunda-connections weighing over 70 kilograms were removed, and notices were served to misusers.
