Fazl asks Imran govt to resign

QUETTA:Jamait Ulema e Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman has said that the sitting government is not acceptable. All opposition parties want election and if the government did not tender resignation by August, we will march towards Islamabad in October.

Addressing a big “Khatam-e-nabuwwat Million March” in the provincial capital here on Sunday, Maulana Fazal-ur-Reham said, “one year ago, mandate of the people of Pakistan was stolen and ‘rejected people’ were imposed on the nation by force.”

He said, “This mammoth gathering is the proof that puppet and fake government is not acceptable to the people”. He added, “No dictator and bureaucrat should teach us the lesson of democracy.”

He remarked, “We want to see Pakistan peaceful and we are standing with democracy and constitution”. He said the people of Pakistan do not accept the agents of international forces and imposed rulers.

He remarked Soviet Union was economically weak and that is why it went disintegrated. He said it is economic reasons that today America wants to leave Syria and Afghanistan.

He said the present government presented its budget, but traders across the country rejected it and recorded their protest in the shape of successful shutter-down across the country.

He said due to unemployment, jobless youth of the country are compelled to commit suicides, adding that the sitting government has darkened the future of our youth. He said inflation has added to the miseries of the poor.

He said, “China wanted to invest in Pakistan, but its confidence was offended”. Keeping in view the bad economic policies of the present rulers, we can no longer hand over the national economy to them, he said.

JUI-F Chief said that international monetary Institutions want to empty the pockets of people. He said that NAB had not been exposed that much during the reign of Pervaiz Musharaf as it is now.

He remarked, “It is 15th Million March which is our last Million March of the series and next Million March will be towards Islamabad”.

He said, “We give ultimatum to the government to tender resignation till August; otherwise, we will march towards Islamabad.
