KARACHI: Sindh Rangers on Tuesday claimed to have recovered arms from a shop in New Karachi area of the city.
According to a statement issued by rangers spokesman, on a tip-off, that some miscreants of MQM-London had hidden arms and ammunition in a shop near their Sector office in New Karachi Sector 11-F for disturbing law & order situation in the city, a rangers’ team conducted a raid in the area.
They recovered one SMG with rounds, one-223-point rifle with magazine, one 222-point rifle with 2 magazines, one 45-bore pistol with magazine, one M-16 rifle with 2 magazines, one modified 30-bore with a telescope, 0ne 7-MM rifle and 14550 different types of rounds.
