LAHORE:Three children were killed and five others sustained injuries as roof of a house collapsed in Mughalpura area of Lahore on Friday.
According to details, roof of the house collapsed during repair work to stop leakage caused by the heavy rain, killing three children Khurram, aged 6, Haroon, 8 and Sania, 10 on the spot and injured five others.
Rescue teams and police reached the spot and retrieved the bodies and injured from the debris. The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
