LARKANA:The residents of village Mian Lal, located within the limits of Dhamrah Police Station, held a protest demonstration outside their village, near here on Sunday.
Carry Holy Book on their heads against the highhandedness of Dhamrah police, protesters Sardar Khatoon, Nawab Khatoon, Akhtiyar Shahani, Nadim Shahani and others alleged that on the instigation of Wadero Manzoor Panhwar, the police entered their houses forcibly, burnt houses in which all their valuables had been burnt to ashes.
The police also arrested Gulzar Shahani and took away a motorcycle and cattle with them. They demanded of higher authorities to take notice of the police brutality and return of cattle and other costly goods immediately.
