LARKANA:The School Education and Literacy Department, Sindh, has suspended 13 teachers of Larkana Region through an order who participated in the protests going on in support of a GSTA leader who has been arrested and charged with anti-terrorism section for abusing a PPP leader and his journalist brother which became viral on social media.

These teachers include Sudheer Ahmed Shaikh, Dildar Chandio, Mumtaz Ali Shahani, Nazar Muhammad Mugheri, Rameez Raja Tunio. Nisar Solangi, Sohrab Bhutto, Najeebullah Abbasi, Najamuddin Soomro, Najma Mithani, Suriya Abbasi and Kalsoom Abbasi. They are posted to work at various schools of Larkana including Dokri, Usman Kaloro, Larkana, Banguldero and Rahmatpur.

During their suspension they have been allowed to draw pay and allowances as admissible under the rules, their headquarter has been fixed at the School Education and Literacy Department in Karachi and list of allegations/show cause notices are being issued to them separately.
