2 Killed, Over 2 Dozen Injured in Eid Traffic Accidents in Okara

In Okara, 2 people were killed and over 2 dozen were injured in traffic accidents during Eid. Among the injured were women, elderly, and children, totaling 22 people.

The first incident occurred near Zamal Marriage Hall on Depalpur Road, where a car collided with a motorcycle, injuring Rashid Ahmed and Altaf Hussain, residents of Iqbalpura. The second accident happened near Khanganwala Bridge when a car accident caused two motorcycles to collide, injuring Ghulam Muhammad, Nooran Bibi, Nadeem Iqbal, Ahad Ali, and Muhammad Usman.

The third accident occurred near Pir Di Hatti, where a car hit a motorcycle, injuring Misbah-ul-Haq and Muhammad Shahbaz. The fourth accident happened near 43/2L, where a collision between two motorcycles injured Sajida Parveen, Bashiran Bibi, and Muhammad Shahbaz. On Chuchak Road near DPS, a collision between two motorcycles injured Muhammad Ashraf, Muhammad Akram, and Kausar Bibi.

In a tragic accident on Chuchak Road, an eight-year-old boy, Atiq-ur-Rehman, was killed when a speeding Mazda truck hit him. In another accident near 39/4L on Mailgada Road, Saeed Ahmed, Aisha Bibi, and Faizan Ali were injured.
