As a result of two police encounters in Orangi Town today, four suspects were injured. Both incidents occurred within the jurisdiction of Pakistan Bazaar Police Station and have highlighted public safety concerns in the area.
The first incident occurred near the shrine in Gulshan-e-Zia Sector 11.5, where during crime prevention efforts, two suspects were injured in a confrontation with the police. The injured individuals were identified as Irshad Rehman, 18, and Amir Gul, 20, who were immediately transferred to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital via Edhi Ambulance Services.
Immediately after this, near Ghaziabad, a second encounter took place near Jamhoria Bakery, in which two more suspects were injured. The individuals, Muhammad Saleem, 55, and Haider Ali, 25, were also transferred to the same medical facility for treatment.
