A 45-year-old man was injured in a firing incident by unknown assailants on Monday in the Korangi Chakra Goth area, the motive for the attack has not yet been determined.
The victim was identified as Saleem son of Salman. He was injured in the incident of violence that occurred near Chakra Goth in Korangi No. 01.
Following the armed attack, the injured person was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for immediate medical attention.
Zaman Town Police Station officials have registered the incident and started an inquiry. Further investigation into the circumstances of the firing is underway.
