SIALKOT: The district administration has recovered 90,000 bags of hoarded wheat from the warehouses of six different mills in Sialkot, officials said Friday.
The wheat seized in the crackdown was worth Rs440 million. Deputy Commissioner Adnan Mehmood Awan ordered authorities to registered a case against the hoarders in Satrah Police Station.
Police personnel was deployed after sealing the warehouses and the recovered wheat handed over to the Food Department.
