DSDC Earns City and Guilds Accreditation for Global Training Programs

Dow Skills Development Center (DSDC) has received City and Guilds Accreditation, allowing it to offer internationally recognized training programs. Representatives from City and Guilds visited Dow University of Health Sciences to formally grant accreditation to DSDC.

According to Dow Skills Development Center reprot today, the accreditation was awarded following a review of the institution’s commitment to maintaining high standards in professional development. The approval enables DSDC to provide accredited training programs, enhancing skill development in the healthcare sector.

The accreditation visit was facilitated by GEMS Pathways, the authorized representatives of City and Guilds in Pakistan. The delegation included Country Manager Tabish Fareedi, Quality Assurance Head Muhammad Irshad, and Academic Head Muhammad Furqan Iqbal.

Several international representatives also participated in the session online, including Dr. Amir Saadati, Executive Director of GEMS Middle East.

Prof Dr Kashif Shafique, Director of DSDC, emphasized that the accreditation marks a milestone for the institution. He highlighted that the recognition will allow DSDC to offer globally acknowledged training programs.
