Faheem Khan, the senior vice-president of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Karachi Division, asserted on Tuesday that the Pakistani nation will steadfastly refuse to acknowledge Israel, labeling it an “illegitimate state” for its actions against Palestinians in Gaza.
Addressing the media at Insaf House Karachi, Khan underscored the impossibility of considering any recognition of Israel, reinforcing Pakistan”s unwavering support for the Palestinian struggle. He highlighted the nation”s solidarity under Imran Khan”s leadership in pursuing “real freedom” and the upholding of constitutional supremacy.
Khan expressed that the PTI”s commitment is evident through the sacrifices made by its workers and leaders, including Imran Khan and his family, who are currently imprisoned. He assured that these sacrifices would ultimately serve the cause of truth and justice.
The PTI leader praised the recent large-scale public gathering in Peshawar as a pivotal event, with participants from across Sindh rallying under the guidance of provincial president Haleem Adil Sheikh. He noted that this demonstration of support had created apprehension among political adversaries.
Criticizing governance established through electoral irregularities, Khan emphasized that the people alone should decide Pakistan”s governance system. He declared Imran Khan as the genuine voice of the populace and praised his enduring struggle for awakening national consciousness against subjugation.
Khan affirmed that the PTI remains the singular entity capable of addressing the nation”s pressing issues, including inflation, joblessness, and corruption while calling for unity in the quest for independence, sovereignty, and fairness.
