Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif revealed on Sunday that 700 terrorists have been killed in Balochistan this year, describing the figure as a significant achievement in the ongoing fight against terrorism.
The Prime Minister’s remarks came as he commended security forces and the Balochistan Police for a successful operation in the Kharan district. During the mission, three of the region’s most wanted terrorists were apprehended, according to a statement from the premier. Sharif noted that successful operations against elements seeking to disrupt law and order are clear proof of the nation’s firm resolve to combat the menace.
He reaffirmed the government’s determination to completely eliminate all forms of terrorism from the country.
