Sindh Police introduces online registration application for tenant registration

Landlords across Sindh no longer need to visit police stations in person to register tenant information, following the launch of a new online platform by the provincial police force starting today. This initiative aims to simplify a mandatory legal process.

This initiative is part of a broader effort to digitize various departments of the Sindh Police.

Under the Tenancy Act, property owners are obligated to provide the details of their tenants to the relevant police station. Previously, this procedure required the physical presence of both the landlord and the tenant at the police station.

With the introduction of the Trust website, citizens can submit the required legal documents entirely online from their homes, offering a significant convenience and time-saving alternative.

Authorities are encouraging the public to use this new digital service, describing it as a crucial step by citizens to assist law enforcement agencies in creating a safe and peaceful society.
