Punjab’s Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif held an important meeting today with the Speaker of Punjab Assembly Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan to consider the national scenario and provincial affairs in the backdrop of international conditions.
During the meeting, consensus was reached to advance the legislative agenda of the Punjab Assembly through joint efforts. This strategic dialogue also highlighted the importance of prison reforms and legislative issues, especially emphasizing the inclusion of both government and opposition members in the legislative process.
Maryam Nawaz Sharif highlighted the need for bipartisan cooperation to ensure effective governance. Additionally, the “Apna Khet, Apna Rozgar” initiative, which has successfully provided employment opportunities to 30,000 families, was recognized as a significant achievement.
