Sharjeel Urges Nation to Discard Ego and Prejudice for Pakistan’s Progress

Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon on Thursday called for national unity, urging citizens to set aside all differences, divisions, and personal egos for the collective development and prosperity of the country.

In a message issued on the dual occasion of Quaid-e-Azam’s BirthDay and Christmas, the senior minister observed that both events symbolise happiness and fellowship, with the entire populace celebrating the nation’s founder while the Christian community observes its religious festival.

He emphasised that the Quaid-e-Azam’s vision, founded on the principles of unity, faith, and discipline, continues to serve as a guiding light for Pakistan. To fortify the founder”s vision of Pakistan, Memon asserted that it is essential to provide every individual with equal opportunities, ensuring all can live with freedom and dignity.

Reflecting on the significance of Christmas, the minister noted that the festival conveys a message of peace, love, and compassion, encouraging collaborative work towards a prosperous society.

He stated that the Pakistan Peoples Party remains committed to safeguarding and advancing the rights of minority communities, aligning with the principles established by the nation”s founder.

Sharjeel further stated that the nation must collaborate to promote its shared identity and values to ensure the protection of rights for all communities residing within Pakistan, so the country can emerge as a strong and united nation.
